Renting in Ibiza is part of Renting in Ibiza B.V. registered at Hillegomstraat 12 in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, with Chamber of Commerce number 864990625. Our general terms and conditions - which will be amended from time to time - apply to all services that are made available online, by e-mail or by telephone. By making a reservation through our website, you acknowledge and agree that you understand and agree to the terms and conditions set out below. Rent in Ibiza is an intermediary and will make reservations for you regarding accommodation.

Scope of our service
Through this website (www.hurenopibiza.nl) we (Huren op Ibiza B.V., KvK 864990625) offer an online platform on which owners of holiday homes in Ibiza can place their holiday homes in order to offer them for holiday rental, and where you as a visitor can view those holiday homes. If you make a booking through Huren op Ibiza B.V., you enter into an agreement with the owner / client from whom you rent the holiday home. Immediately after the booking, he or she will submit a rental agreement that must be signed by you. We act exclusively as an intermediary between you and the client / owner. There is therefore no agreement between you and Huren op Ibiza B.V. with regard to the rental of the holiday home.

When booking via our website, you are bound by the booking confirmation and our general terms and conditions, the cancellation policy, and other conditions as described below, which include mutual rights and obligations.

Our services are intended for personal use only and not for commercial use. You are therefore not permitted to resell, screen, deep-link, use, copy, display or download any substantive information, software, products or services offered on our website for any commercial or competitive purpose or activity. without our permission.

Tourist tax
Tourist tax is €2.20 per person per day, (16 years or older) and can be paid locally (if requested).

Deposit
The deposit must be paid by bank transfer before the start of the rental period. The exact amount of the deposit and the method of payment are indicated on the payment order you receive if you have booked a home through us. The deposit will be returned to you within 1 week after the day of departure if the deposit has been paid by bank transfer or will be returned on the day of departure if you have paid the deposit upon arrival. You will receive the entire deposit back if the house is still in the same condition as when you arrived; i.e. without damage, without waste, dishes done, left tidy, and the key has been returned to the relevant caretaker of the house before 10 am. Any costs incurred for using additional facilities can also be deducted from this.
If one of the above proves to be in default, we may have to hold the deposit a little longer until the exact costs of the damage have been determined. If the damage exceeds the amount of the deposit, you are also liable for the excess. This provision applies as a third-party clause for the benefit of the client / owner.

Payment
After you have completed our booking form, the holiday home will be reserved for you (after approval by the owner) and the booking documents will be sent to you by email. Check whether the booking is correct and whether your name is spelled correctly. If something is incorrect, please let us know. let us know as soon as possible. After you have received confirmation of the reservation of the property from us, a down payment of 50% of the rental price of the total agreed travel sum must be paid. This down payment must be in our bank account within 2 days The remaining 50% of the outstanding amount must be credited to our bank account before 6 weeks before departure. For reservations made within 6 weeks before departure, the amount must be credited to our bank account within 48 hours. If payment is not made on time, the traveler is in We have the right to cancel the booking on behalf of the owner / client.
The total price for which you booked the house consists of the rental price and any additional administration costs.

Liability Renting on Ibiza B.V.
If due to unforeseen circumstances Renting on Ibiza B.V. is forced to cancel the reservation on behalf of the accommodation provider, we will do our best to offer you an equivalent alternative. If this is not possible or if you do not accept this offer, you can terminate the agreement with the client / owner and Huren op Ibiza B.V. reimburse the rental sum already paid on behalf of the accommodation provider. For any (further) damage in connection with the foregoing is exclusive
